before commissioning me, i recommend you read my full terms of service here (really just a faq)
the tldr of my tos are as follows:

  • won't draw: nsfw, offensive/political subject matter, bodybuilder types, mecha without reference

  • initial payment of 50% after approved sketch and 50% after approved final, before delivery

  • refunds based on how much work is not completed before 50% of the final version is done

  • can request check-in at any point, there are a limited number of revisions per phase

  • i hold copyright, except for vtuber models and assets

  • i hold moral rights regardless of the commission

  • commercial work accepted with an increased fee; not all usages incur a fee

  • please credit me @riaujy if you share the art!

  • do not use for AI, NFT, or other crypto related purposes!
